2. Our Service Commitment (“Remodel Ready Promise”)

Our commitment is to provide expert mitigation, cleanup, and odor removal to achieve a “Remodel Ready” state. This means we ensure the job site is meticulously clean, fully sanitized (using EPA-approved methods), and all project waste and debris are 100% removed, leaving a clean foundation for your reconstruction contractor.

3. Limitation of Services (Reconstruction)

Under One Roof Restoration LLC is a mitigation and restoration specialist. We do not perform full reconstruction or rebuild services. Our service concludes when the property is restored to a “Remodel Ready” state. We are happy to provide vetted referrals for quality reconstruction contractors upon request.

4. Emergency Response

We offer 24/7 disaster response and commit to having a local expert on-site for a free assessment typically within 60–90 minutes of your emergency call to 720-910-8495.

5. Financial and Payment Terms

• Insurance Claims: We work with all major insurance carriers and will assist with necessary documentation (including photo evidence) to facilitate your claim.
• Self-Pay Options: We offer flexible, budget-friendly self-pay options and payment plans for clients who do not have insurance or choose not to file a claim.

6. User Responsibilities

When engaging our emergency services, you agree to follow necessary safety guidelines, including:

• Stopping the water source (if safe).
• Shutting off power to the affected area (if safe).
• Documenting all damage with photos/videos for insurance purposes.
• Following our technicians’ safety instructions while on site.

7. Contractor Licensing and Certifications

We operate under Contractor License LIC244526 (Building Contractor – Class B) and are IICRC and EPA certified for relevant services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
